Terms & Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to 90xo, an online gaming platform designed for players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and 90xo ("Platform", "We", "Us"). By registering an account, accessing our website at 90xo.club, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform. 90xo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of 90xo is strictly limited to eligible individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have been previously banned from 90xo.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of 90xo services, you are required to register a personal account. Each player may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any pending balances.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful, complete, and current information during registration and to update your details promptly if they change. 90xo may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, address, or payment method at any time as part of its KYC process. Failure to comply with verification requests within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

Password and Account Access

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact 90xo support immediately at [email protected]. Do not share your password with anyone.

Deposits and Withdrawals

90xo supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We provide multiple convenient local payment channels so players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, and other cities can transact quickly and securely.

Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are prohibited and may result in the reversal of transactions and suspension of your account.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following standard conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before funds converted from bonus credit can be withdrawn.
• 90xo reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving any withdrawal request.

Bonuses and Promotions

90xo offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL, and IPL. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only and are non-transferable between players.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Uncompleted wagers expire with the bonus balance.
• 90xo reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 90xo and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Attempting to defraud the platform or other players through collusion, bonus abuse, or exploitation of software errors.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scrapers, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or financing of illegal activities through the platform.
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your identity, age, or location.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.

Responsible Gaming

90xo is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We strongly encourage all players to set personal deposit limits, time-out periods, and to use self-exclusion tools if gambling begins to negatively affect their daily life, finances, or relationships. Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem are urged to contact our support team at [email protected] for guidance and assistance.

By law, only persons aged 21 years and above may use this platform. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If we have reason to believe a minor has accessed the platform, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content on 90xo — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the exclusive property of 90xo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without prior written consent from 90xo.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 90xo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the platform or its services. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from service interruptions, data breaches caused by third parties, or technical errors outside our reasonable control.

90xo makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on the platform. All games and services are provided on an "as is" basis. We strongly recommend that players play within their means and treat gambling as entertainment, not as a source of income.

Amendments to These Terms

90xo reserves the right to revise, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes via the platform or by email where possible. Your continued use of 90xo following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of 90xo, we encourage you to first contact our support team to seek an amicable resolution. 90xo aims to resolve all player disputes promptly, fairly, and transparently through its internal complaints procedure.
